Overview
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to My Store, which operates this website and store (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

1. Access and account
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state, or are using the Services with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

2. Our products
We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors may vary by screen and device. Descriptions, availability, and product offerings may change. We may limit quantities and discontinue products.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and an order is accepted only when we confirm it and process payment. We may be unable to cancel an order after acceptance, so please review it carefully. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use, not resale.

4. Prices and billing
The price charged is the price in effect when you place the order, as shown in your confirmation email. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Applicable sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Promotions may have separate terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use your payment method and that the information is accurate.

5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, labor disputes, or supply shortages. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier, except where law provides otherwise. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help resolve it. 6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by My Store or its licensors and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

7. Optional tools and third-party links
The Services may include third-party tools and links. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

8. Relationship with Shopify
Purchases are made directly with My Store. Shopify is not responsible for any sale between you and My Store.

9. Feedback
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You confirm that you own the rights to your feedback and that it is lawful and not misleading.

10. Errors and inaccuracies
We may correct errors in product information, pricing, or availability, and may cancel orders affected by them, including after submission. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you as required by law.

11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You may not introduce malicious code, collect others’ personal data, impersonate others, or circumvent security measures. Automated tools, scrapers, and bots are prohibited except as permitted in Section 12. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Automated agents
Any software agent that acts on a user’s behalf must identify itself in its user agent string as “Agent/[agent name],” must not disguise itself as human or bypass CAPTCHAs, and must answer truthfully if asked whether it is automated. We may restrict or block agents.

13. Warranty and disclaimer
Our Warranty Policy describes the coverage we provide and applies to eligible products. Except as stated in that policy and as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits warranties or rights that cannot be limited by law.

14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Store and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers, and Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Store, Shopify, and our affiliates and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

16. Termination
We may end your access at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

17. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and our posted policies are the entire agreement between you and us. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Headings are for convenience only.

18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

19. Electronic communications
By ordering or using the Services, you agree we may send order and service-related notices electronically, including by email.

20. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
