If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it. Here's how it works.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free

We email you a prepaid return label, so sending an item back costs you nothing.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories. Please include your order number.

Gift cards can't be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered (see below).

How to return an item

Email support@dreamlifee.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.
Within 1–2 business days we'll send a return authorization, the return address, and a prepaid label.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier. Packages sent without authorization can't be matched to an order.

Refunds

After your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the credit. There are no restocking fees, and because shipping is free there's nothing to deduct.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Usually you won't need to send the item back.
