These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of dreamlifee.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Dream Lifee ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. We deliver to U.S. addresses only.

2. Product information

We aim to describe and show products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and minor differences in size or finish can occur. If an item isn't as described, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Standard shipping within the U.S. is free. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
Payment is charged in full when you place your order. See our Payment Policy.
If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll contact you first.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship the item. We may decline or cancel orders, for example for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable, and will refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, and design on the Site belong to Dream Lifee or its licensors and are protected by law.

8. Safe use

Follow all instructions and safety information included with your product, and use battery-operated items only as directed.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Lifee isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
